Bookings
When making a booking the booking form must be completed and signed. The person signing should be the group's leader. He or she must be over 21 and authorised by all members of the group who are listed on the booking form, to accept the booking conditions on their behalf. All communication will be made with the leader of the group, who should duly pass on to the other group members any relevant information. Upon receipt of the completed booking form, confirmation of the booking will be sent to you in writing, please check carefully to ensure it is correct, if not please inform us immediately. Our home is booked solely for the use of those persons named on the booking form unless agreed in writing with us. Once we have sent confirmation to you, we have a binding contract.
Payment Terms
Once your booking has been confirmed by a non-refundable deposit of £150 or $250 we will reserve MinniesPad for your vacation dates.
The full rental balance will be due 8-10 weeks before your arrival.
If your arrival date is less than 12 weeks away, the full balance will be due as soon as your booking has been confirmed.
The £150 or $250 reservation deposit is then used as a security deposit; this will be refunded in full as and when a satisfactory inspection of the property is completed, usually within two weeks of your departure.
Cleaning is included for any stay over 5 days. If your stay is less than this, a cleaning charge of $120 will be made.
Note that all prices are subject to change depending upon fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
Insurance
It is the hirer's responsibility to take out appropriate insurance to cover all aspects of the trip and to assure passports, visa's and other documents are in order.
We accept no responsibility if cancellation becomes necessary due to war or threat of war, riot, terrorist act, natural disaster or adverse weather conditions or any other matter out of our control or for closure or cancellation of any flights.
Occupancy
Maximum capacity is 14 persons plus 1 baby/toddler. The renters must treat the property, it's furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to the Management Company. The group's leader is responsible for paying for losses, damage or breakages. The owners reserve the right to withhold any funds from the security deposit to pay for any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents by any member of the group.
Pets and animals are expressly forbidden from our villa.
The villa is available for occupancy from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on date of departure.
An adult must accompany persons under the age of 18.
We will not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from the use of the property and pool/spa.
Barbecue
We have provided a barbecue for our guests enjoyment. Please be careful when using the equipment and follow the instructions for use. Please clean up any spills straight away. The barbecue and surrounding
area must be left in a clean and satisfactory condition. If the management company deem the grill and area are left dirty an extra cleaning charge will be made and deducted from your security deposit (min $40). We provide the barbecue free of charge.
Trash
The trash is collected twice weekly on a Tuesday and a Friday morning. Please place the trash bins on the pavement for trash collection on these mornings (or the evening before). Please note that if excessive trash is left for the Management Company to remove prior to the next guests arriving they will make a $45 charge.
Smoking
There is a no smoking policy inside the villa and garage, but guests may smoke around the pool and gardens.
Swimming Pool and Spa
Additional pool/spa heating can be requested at time of booking or direct with our management company on a day by day basis upon arrival. Please understand that it is not possible to guarantee the temperature of the pool, which to some degree is dependant upon the local weather.
Cancellation - By You
If any member of your group needs to cancel the booking we would ask that we be informed immediately in writing or email, duly countersigned by the group leader. Cancellation will be effective from the date it is received by us. Cancellations are subject to charges detailed below as a percentage of the total amount due dependent on the time you cancel.

More than 8 weeks = deposit only
8 weeks to 0 days = 100% of the rental charge
Note: For most reasons beyond your control cancellation will be covered by your travel insurance. But cancellation due to financial reasons or no longer wishing to travel is unlikely to be included in your travel insurance.
Cancellation - By Us
In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond our control, we need to make changes to or cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings at any time, and will only be held liable to refund Monies already paid by you the client. (Including the £150 / $250 security deposit).
Management
A local professional management company maintains the villa. They are responsible for the very high standards of cleanliness and care of the villa, pool and garden areas. They can be contacted at any time to help make your holiday problem free.
Complaints or Dissatisfaction
Things do occasionally go wrong, and we promise you we will make our best efforts to rectify faults to your satisfaction. Please inform our local management company quickly to allow them to get the problem rectified as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with the solution please let us know in writing (or email). We will not accept liability for any dissatisfaction or other complaints not reported to our local manager during your stay.
Booking Confirmation
Booking is confirmed once initial deposit has been received and accepted.
